Service Description
This consultation is required for all new clients with existing microlocs seeking to transfer services. During your visit, your locs will be carefully assessed to evaluate their overall condition, structure, and maintenance history. We will discuss your current routine, any concerns, and your goals moving forward to ensure your locs remain healthy and consistent under my care. Measurements will be taken as needed, and a plan will be created for your retie and ongoing maintenance. This one-time consultation allows us both to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Your deposit will be applied toward your upcoming retie service.
Cancellation Policy
At Kazmik Loc Bar, each appointment is reserved with intention and time is set aside exclusively for you. Service durations are estimated, and in the event your appointment requires additional time beyond what was prepaid, the remaining balance will be applied based on the extended service time. We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so by logging into your account or by contacting us via call or text at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future bookings under these circumstances.
