Service Description
This consultation is for new clients beginning their loc journey or transitioning from another loctician. During this session, we’ll take the time to understand your hair history, goals, and desired look to create a plan tailored specifically to you. Your hair will be assessed for density, length, and overall health, and we’ll discuss the best approach for starting or maintaining your locs. Test locs may be installed to help determine sizing and parting, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity before moving forward. This is your space to feel confident, informed, and aligned before committing to your loc journey. Your consultation fee will be applied toward your future service if you choose to move forward.
Cancellation Policy
At Kazmik Loc Bar, each appointment is reserved with intention and time is set aside exclusively for you. Service durations are estimated, and in the event your appointment requires additional time beyond what was prepaid, the remaining balance will be applied based on the extended service time. We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so by logging into your account or by contacting us via call or text at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future bookings under these circumstances.
